BHK Bushcrafter
Production model will feature steel finish similar to our BHK
maple patch knives
Dan, Tim Stetzer and L.T.
Our
BHK Bushcrafter knives were designed by Tim Stetzer.
They are what we consider to be a classic styled Bushcrafter
knife.
They are made
from 4140 saw blade steel or equivalent. Rockwell is between
52-55. We also use fiddle back maple that we get from a rifle
stock maker in Western PA. Each knife will be serial numbered
on the opposite side.
They are around
1/8" thick and flat ground with a flat spot on top in front
of the handle to use on your ferro rods. The overall length
is 8 1/2" and it has a sharpened edge of 3 1/2" to
3 5/8". They all come with a leather pouch style D ring
sheath.
These Knives
are hand made in our shop
they are American made/ hand made knives of the best possible
quality!
